Chingiz Rasulzadeh was born in Baku.
He studied at the Azerbaijan State Art College named after Azim Azimzade (1992), the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, majoring in Graphic Design, and the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography, majoring in Film Directing (course of A. Eshpay, S. Miroshnichenko, and V. Fenchenko).
He is the director and screenwriter of the Russian-made short feature film “Mimes about Life” (2002) and the documentary film “Gestures.. Reconciliation” (2005), and the screenwriter of the short feature film “The Second”.
Chingiz Rasulzadeh died in 2021.
