Azer Jabbarov (Azer Jabbarli) was born in Baku.
He studied at the Azim Azimzadeh Art School (1989), and the Faculty of Journalism of Azerbaijan State University (1990-1996).
He worked as the executive director of Space TV (2000-2006), the editor-in-chief of the “Morning” program on AzTV, the head of the “Author Programs” department, the program director of Mədən TV (2007-2017), the program and marketing director of ASAN Radio (2016-2017), the executive director of Caspium Group (2017-2020), and the advisor to the general director on television issues at Khazar TV (2020-2022).
He taught at Baku Slavic University (2007-2014).
He currently works at Baku.TV.
