In accordance with the Resolution No. 13 of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR dated February 26, 1986 “On measures to further improve the ideological and artistic level of motion pictures and strengthen the material and technical base of cinematography”, the Debut Experimental-Youth Creative Studio was established under the film studio by the Decree No. 53r of the Council of Ministers of the ASSR dated February 20, 1987. The head of the studio was Eldar Guliyev, the editor-in-chief was Eldeniz Guliyev, and the director was Davud Zohrabov.
