"EARLY FEELINGS" AT THE KRAKOW FILM FESTIVAL

The feature film "Early Feelings" by director and screenwriter Nurlan Hasanli will have its world premiere in the main competition of the 65th Krakow Film Festival. The festival is one of the oldest film events in Europe, qualifying for both the Oscars and the European Film Academy.
The film is one of the winners of the competition for film projects to be produced with the State order and support, announced by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Film Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2023.
In the plot, an 11-year-old boy tries to understand the death he witnessed for the first time. At the same time, he competes with other neighboring children to attract the attention of a girl who came to the funeral. The main roles are shared by Shafi Sadiq, Huseyn Abdullazade, Nur Vahbi from the "Oyug" children's theater, as well as Tural Bakhish and Vusala Aghayeva.
During the development stage, the film participated in the programs "Sarajevo Talents" and "Köprüde Buluşmalar".
The film, produced by the Rental Azerbaijan company, is produced by Emil Najafov, executive producer Elmaddin Aliyev, cinematographer Daniel Guliyev, artist Erturan Mammadov, second director Asif Isganderli, costume designer Turan Farajova, makeup artist Adila Aliyeva, sound operator Emin Mahmudov, editor Iman Imanov, sound designer Sergey Netrunenko, composer Kenan Rustamli, and color correction belongs to Alisa Tarelicheva.
The film is co-produced by Fahriye Ismayilova ("Parda Film") from Turkey, and distributed by the Italian company "Premier Film".
