2025 FILM PROJECT COMPETITION ANNOUNCED
The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cinema Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARKA) have announced a competition for "Film projects to be produced with state support" for 2025.
The competition, which will be held with the aim of supporting the film industry, increasing the experience of local cinematographers, achieving the production of films that promote national-moral and universal values, as well as supporting the private sector in this field, will reflect the directions of feature films, feature-documentary, documentary, animation, children's films and student films. Student films must also be submitted by production centers in this competition.
Film projects submitted in the Azerbaijani language by legal entities registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan and operating in the field of cinematography may participate in the competition.
Applications will be accepted through the website https://arka.culture.az from April 15, 2025.
