Yevgeniya Nevmerzhitskaya was born in the village of Altiaghaj, Khizi.
She studied at the Drama and Cinema Actor Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1965).
Since 1963, she has been an actress of the Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theater.
Honored Artist (2000), People's Artist (2018).
