Yagub Zeynalov was born in Khankendi.
He studied at the Faculty of Customs Organization of the Baku Diplomatic College (1998).
He worked at the Young Spectators Theater (1991-2007). Since 2008, he has been an actor at the Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theater.
He starred in the series “Russian Translation” (2006, director Alexander Chernyayev / Russia) by foreign film producers.
