Khanim Aliyeva was born in Baku. She studied at the Azerbaijan Technical University (2007-2011) and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan (2012-2014).

She worked as a salesperson at the “Ali and Nino” bookstore (2011), an administrator at the “Friends home cafe” (2017-2018), the editor-in-chief of the “Terefsiz.az” news website (2019-2021), and a manager at the “Hydrotech Company” (2024).

Since 2024, she has been working as an office manager at the “Nobel Ilaç” company.
