Vugar Vagifoghlu (Vugar Shikhaliyev / Vugar V.Sh.) was born in Baku.
He studied cinematography at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1996-2001).
He worked as a cameraman at ANS TV (1998-2000), AzTV (2010-2012), ATV, Lider TV and ITV.
He is currently an employee of Azerbaijan Television.
