Valeh Ahmadov was born in Baku. Originally from the village of Tirjan in the Ismayilli region.

He studied at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Azerbaijan Technical University (2000-2004, 2004-2006).

He has participated in KVN competitions since university. He was the champion of Azerbaijan as an actor, screenwriter and director, the founder and chief organizer of the Azerbaijan National KVN Super League.

He worked as a text editor in many television projects (Lider TV, ATV, Khazar TV). He worked as a screenwriter, editor, producer and presenter in Khazar TV projects for a long time. He founded and headed the “Gelem” scriptwriting group (2010-2023). About 30 screenwriters worked in this team at different times.

In 2023, he founded “AND” (AND) Production. He is engaged in the production of films and television programs.

He has been the artistic director of Space television since 2024.

Director, screenwriter, producer Valeh Ahmadov is the husband of screenwriter Faila Nabiyeva.
