Ulviyya Aliyeva was born in Baku.
She studied at the Musical Theater Actor's Faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1999-2003).
In 1998, she worked at the Azerbaijan State Youth Theater. Since 2001, she has been an actress at the Azerbaijan State Musical Theater.
She has participated in programs on Azad Azerbaijan TV and Space TV as a presenter and actress.
