Ulviyya Khalilbayli (Ulviyya Khalinbekova) was born in Baku.

She studied interior design at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts.

She has worked in television since 2011, working as a presenter on the "Culture" channel, Muz TV, Lider TV's "Stil", "Barkod", "Mix" magazine programs, and ARB TV's "O uz" program.

She also works as a photo model.
