Ulvi Babayev was born in Baku.

He studied at the Faculty of Automation of Production Processes of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy in the specialty of Electronics and Automation (2006-2010), and at the Master's degree in the Faculty of Computer Engineering and Automation of the Azerbaijan Technical University (2011-2013).

Starting his career in 2011, he worked as an editor-graphic designer at the European-Azerbaijani Society (TEAS). He carried out video editing and graphic design work for many documentary and feature films. Later, he continued his activities on television channels such as Public TV, Space TV and AzTV. Currently, he works as a graphic designer on the Anewz TV channel.
