Turkan Zamanova was born in Aghdam.
She studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, majoring in Literary Work and Screen Dramaturgy (2006-2010), and at the Faculty of Creativity of Baku Slavic University (2012-2014). She graduated from the “Cinema Atelier” scriptwriting course (2014).
She occasionally appears in the press with her poems.
