Tural Alakbarov was born in Imishli.

He studied at the Directing Faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2009-2013).

He worked as an actor at the Baku Children and Youth Theater (2012-2015), as an assistant director at Space TV (2015-2016).

He is the organizer of award nights such as "Caspian Awards", "Trend of the Year", "Youth Awards Azerbaijan", "Gold Faces".

Actor Tural Alakbarov is the husband of actress Aydan Hasanzadeh.
