Tural Aghayev (Tural Bakhish) was born in Baku. In 1997, he was admitted to the Computer Engineering Faculty of Khazar University, and after studying there for two years, he was admitted to the Theater Directing Department of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1999-2003).

While studying in the 2nd year of the university, he worked as an actor at the Azerbaijan State Theater for Young Spectators on the advice of the course director Gulshad Bakhshiyeva. When he was a 4th year student, he came to the Baku Municipal Theater. Currently, he is an actor and director of the Baku Municipal Theater.

He starred in the film “Enter” (2017, directed by Krzysztof Zanussi / Poland) made by foreign film producers.

Actor Tural Aghayev is the son of poet Eldar Bakhish.

Actor Tural Aghayev is the husband of actress Arzu Aghayeva.
