Tunzala Aghayeva was born in Tovuz.

She studied in the piano class of the music school in Tovuz, in the piano class of the Ganja city music technical school named after Gambar Huseynli, and at the Baku Music Academy.

She was the winner of the “Baku Autumn” festival (2001). Since then, she has been engaged in professional musical activity as a composer and performer. She participates as a member of the jury in various music competitions.
