Togrul Manafov (Toro Manafov) was born in Baku. He studied at the Azim Azimzadeh Art School (1997-2001), the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, majoring in Art (2001-2003), and the London Academy of Arts (2003-2005). He has worked in advertising, graphic design, and animation. He has worked as a graphic designer and art director for a number of international sporting events. He currently lives in Vilnius, Lithuania.
