Tehran Aslanov (Tehran Aslanli) was born in Baku.
He studied at the SABAH groups of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art in the specialty of Director (2015-2019), and at the master's degree level of the Faculty of Cinema and Television in the specialty of Film Director (2019-2021).
He worked as an editing director at the ADMIU, and as a Social Media Manager of the Humanitarian College under the ADMIU.
Since 2024, he has been an employee of the Ministry of Culture.
