Tarlan Mammadhuseynov was born in Baku.

He studied at the art school No. 3, the faculty of music teaching and methodology of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (2004-2008).

He worked as a pianist in the dance ensemble of the Sattar Bahlulzade Palace of Culture (2000-2004), as a pianist in the "Jangi" group (2013).

He is the composer of many famous musical works.
