Sultan Abbasbayli was born in Baku.
He worked at the “Balans” animation studio, “Fatiyev Production”, and “Azanfilm” studio.
He worked on the “Sehrli ashpaz” television program (2012-2013, ANS TV) and the “Dostlar” animation series (2015, Balans studio).
He is the founder and director of “Sultan Animation Studio”.
