Suleyman Taghizadeh was born in Ganja.
He entered the Pedagogical Technical School. Then he continued his education at the Baku Theater Technical School (1928-1931).
He began his stage career in 1929 at the Young Spectators Theater. In 1930, he was invited to the Azerbaijan State Drama Theater and worked there until the end of his life.
Honored Artist (1943) Suleyman Taghizadeh died in Ganja in 1960 and was buried in Baku.
