Seyfaddin Daghli (Seyfaddin Abbasov) was born in Khizi.
For a while he worked in various positions in the newspapers "Kommunist" and "Ordu". He was the editor-in-chief of the State Radio Committee (1956-1959), director and deputy chairman of the Baku Television Studio, and for a long time the editor-in-chief of the magazine "Kirpi". He was a member of the script editorial board at the "Azerbaijanfilm" film studio, and worked as an editor at the "Yazichi" publishing house. In 1948, his book "Deniz izdravchisy" was published. Later, many of his books were published.
Laureate of the State Prize (1977), Honored Artist Seyfaddin Daghli died in 1983.
