Sarvar Bayramov was born in the village of Eyvazalılar, Beylagan district.

He studied at the Faculty of Art History of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1997-2001, 2001-2003-master's degree).

He worked as an editor at public radio (2005-2007), editor at public television (2007-2014), editor-in-chief at the Information and Analytical Programs Department of public television (2014-2016), editor-in-chief of the Socio-Political Programs Editorial Office at Azerbaijan Television (2016-2019), director of the Socio-Political Programs and Foreign News Studio (2019-2021), deputy director of the Information Programs Studio (2021).

He currently heads “Shahdag Film”.
