Sabuhi Mammadli was born in the village of Mususlu in Ujar.
He studied at Baku State University.
He began his career as a teacher.
His articles began to be published in the press in the 1990s. He worked as a correspondent for "525-ci qazet", a special correspondent for "Azerbaijan" newspaper, an editor for "525-ci gazet", and an editor at Lent.az.
Sabuhi Mammadli died in 2024 and was buried in the village of Mususlu in Ujar district.
