Samir Aliyev was born in Baku.

He studied at the Faculty of Acting at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (2012-2016).

Since 2019, he has been an actor at the Azerbaijan State Irevan Drama Theater. 

He has participated in various commercials and film shoots.
