Sabina Hajiyeva was born in Baku.
She studied at the Film Directing Faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (1999-2003), and at the Master's Degree in Cultural Studies (2003-2005).
Since 2003, she has been an actress of the Azerbaijan State Pantomime Theater.
She is an Honored Artist (2018).
