Ruslan Agha (Ruslan Mursalov) was born in Baku.

He studied at the Faculty of Musical Comedy Acting of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2005-2009).

He worked at the "Korpam" experimental children's theater (1995-2001), the Baku Children's Theater (2007-2012).

Since 2012, he has been an artist-vocalist of the Azerbaijan State Musical Theater.
