Rubaba Samandar

Rubaba Samandar (Rubaba Rzayeva) was born in Baku.

She studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, majoring in Theater Studies (1991-1996).

Since 1993, she has been working as an editor on Azerbaijani radio and television. She was the author and host of the art collection "Creativity", the programs "Palitra", "Akhshamınız khair", "Ilham cheshmesi", "Shebeke", "Ilin ken üğurları".
