Rashad Samad (Rashad Samadov) was born in the village of Girag Mushlan, Zangilan region. He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2007-2011). He worked as the head of the technical department at the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio. He is currently an employee of the Baku Media Center. He works as a focus puller and cinematographer in various projects.
