Rashad Nuriyev was born in Ismayilli.
He studied cinematography at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (1998-2002).
He worked at Lider TV (2001-2004), at the "Azerbaijanfilm" film studio, and at the Baku Media Center (2013-2020).
He was awarded the "Progress" medal (2018).
