Rashad Kasamanli was born in Baku.

He studied at the Faculty of Acting at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art.

He is a professional weightlifter, a master of sports of the 2nd degree, and a prizewinner of many competitions.

He has been attending an acting club since high school. He teaches acting in private courses.

He has been an actor of the Baku Municipal Theater since 2022.

Actor Rashad Kasamanli is the son of poet and screenwriter Nusrat Kasamanli.
