Rahman Rasulov was born in Sumgayit.
He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts.
He worked on the projects “Double Boom” on Space TV, “Tap, dostum” on Lider TV, worked as a presenter on the “Multivitamin” morning show on 100.5 FM at the Khazar Media Center, and on Radio Antenna 101 FM (2008-2014).
Since 2018, he has been an employee of ARB24 TV.
