Ramil Zeynalov was born in Baku.

He studied at the Drama and Cinema Acting Department of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2000-2004).

He worked at the Young Spectators Theater (1999-2001), Shusha State Drama Theater (2004-2011).

He starred in the Russian-produced TV series “Russian Translation” (2006, directed by Alexander Chernyayev).

He is actively engaged in dubbing and voice-over work.

He is the artistic director of the Ancient Zangezur Theater, founded in 2023.
