Ramil Aliyev was born in Baku.

He studied acting at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (2004).

He was the host of the “Soldier's Moment” program on television.

Since 2008, he has been working at the Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theater.

He is an actor and host of the “Planet Parni iz Baku” Theater.
