Rafiz Mehdizadeh was born in Zangilan.
He studied at the Theater and Film Actor Faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (2009-2013).
Since 2008, he has been an actor of the Azerbaijan State Pantomime Theater. He currently lives in Istanbul.
