Rafael Isgandarov was born in Baku. He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. While studying in the 3rd year, he worked at the Azerbaijan State Youth Theater. He is one of the authors of the “In This City” project. He is an Honored Artist (2014).
