Parviz Baghirov was born in Baku.

He studied at the Drama and Film Acting Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1972).

He came to the Academic National Drama Theater by appointment.

He starred in the role of Musa Nagiyev in the film “Ali and Nino” (2015, directed by Asif Kapadia / Great Britain) by foreign film producers.

He is an Honored Artist (2002).

Actor Parviz Baghirov is the son of actor Sadig Saleh.
Actor Parviz Baghirov is the brother of sound director Ramiz Baghirov.
