Parviz Arif (Parviz Hashimov) was born in Baku.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.

He worked as a chief scriptwriter at Sahiyya TV (2021-2023), a scriptwriter at Space TV (2022-2023). He currently continues to cooperate with ATV, ARB TV and Real FM.

He was the winner of the “De gelsin” meykhana competition (2014). He has published a book of poetry.
