Orkhan Ali (Orkhan Ali) was born in Baku.

He studied at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art, specializing in Television Directing (2006-2010).

He worked as a director at “D.el production” (2007-2008), editor, director at ATV (2008-2009, 2017-2018), at ITV (2009-2010), at “Fatiyev company” (2010-2011), at “Charkh Film” (2011-2012), at YURD TV (2012-2013), editor at “Iz production” (2013), director at “Epic production” (2014), chief director at CBC TV (2014-2017), director, cameraman, editor at MGP (2017), cameraman at Khazar TV (2018-2020).

He has been a director at ATV since 2019.

He has been the head of Chelebi Media since 2018.
