Nubar Novruzova was born in Nakhchivan.
She studied at the Drama and Film Actor Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1979).
Since 1980, she has been working at the Azerbaijan State Theater for Young Spectators.
She is an Honored Artist (1991), People's Artist (2018).
