Nasir Sadigzadeh was born in Shusha.

He studied at the Faculty of Azerbaijani Language and Literature of Azerbaijan State University (1961–1968), and at the Directing Course of the A. Lunacharsky State Institute of Theater Arts (now the International Theater Academy) in Moscow (1964–1965).

He worked as a production director and chief director at the Fuzuli, Iravan, Sumgayit, and Khankendi theaters, as a chief director at the Ganja Theater (1965–1966), and as a chief director at the Nakhchivan State Theater of Theater Arts (1970–1973).

For many years, he was engaged in pedagogical activities at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts.

Nasir Sadigzadeh died in 1996.
