Narmin Alizadeh was born in Baku.

She studied at the Azerbaijan University of Languages, majoring in English, at the bachelor's and master's degrees.

She has been engaged in pedagogical activity for 14 years. She teaches English at the Baku State Vocational Education Center for Culture and Crafts.
