Naig Babayev was born in Nakhchivan.
He studied Political Science at the Azerbaijan Academy of Public Administration.
He began his career as a screenwriter in the "Gelem" group. He continues his creativity by writing novels. He currently works as a creative manager.
He is the author of the novel "Blind Point". This novel won the "Prose Reader Award" (2023).
