Nadir Aliyev was born in Baku. He studied film producing at the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography. He worked for a long time at the “Azerbaijanfilm” film studio. He worked as a producer at the foreign productions “Caucasian Paintings” (2000, director Stefan Tolts / Germany), “Eve of Summer” (2001, director Philip Bayon / Poland, France), executive producer of the series “Drongo” (2002, director Zinoviy Roizman / Russia), line producer of the series “Russian Translation” (2006, director Alexander Chernyayev), line producer and actor of the film “Park of the Soviet Era” (2006, director Yuli Gusman / Russia), line producer of the series “Marriage by Will” (2009, director Vasily Serikov). He is an Honored Worker of Culture (2005).
