Mehman Nadirov was born in the village of Gunashli, Bilasuvar region.

Since 1983, he has worked in various positions at the "Azerbaijanfilm" film studio. For some time, he was the head of the sound recording workshop.

He worked as a sound director in many films.

He is an Honored Worker of Culture (2009).
