Matanat Isgandarli was born in Baku.
She was a member of the “Banovsha” choir. Since 1993, she has been on tour in Turkey as part of the Azerbaijan State Song and Dance Ensemble. Since that year, she has been engaged in extensive concert activities.
She is an Honored Artist (2006).
