Leyli Valiyeva was born in the village of Seyidlar, Zangilan region.

She studied at the Faculty of Drama and Film Acting of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1994).

Since 1991, she has been an actress of the Baku Chamber Theater, and since 2009, of the Azerbaijan State Theater of Young Spectators.

She is an Honored Artist (2002).

Actress Leyli Valiyeva is the wife of actor Nofal Valiyev.
Actress Leyli Valiyeva is the sister of actress Gushvar Sharifova.
