Kubra Aliyeva (Kubrabayim Aliyeva) was born in Ganja.

She studied at the Cultural and Educational Faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Arts (1977).

She worked at the Sumgayit State Drama Theater (1971-1976), the Musical Comedy Theater, and since 1991 at the Academic National Drama Theater.

She is an Honored Artist (2000).
