Khalida Alimammadova was born in Khachmaz.

She studied at the Faculty of Drama and Film Acting of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art (1993-1997), and received a master's degree in Theater Studies (1997-1999).

Since 1995, she has worked at the Azerbaijan State Youth Theater. Since 2009, she has been an actress at the Azerbaijan State Young Spectator Theater.
